Powers:
Saul O'Callaghan is a Level 10 Class 2 UAI. His body is able to absorb light energy and transform it into tangible energy. He can transform it into a kinetic force or various physical objects. These include light projectiles such as light daggers or light bullets. He can also manifest light force fields, a light shield and even light armor. As well as many light weapons such as light spears or clubs and his favorite a sword made of light. Highlight can also create a light board, which can be ridden and can theoretically move at the speed of light.

When Highlight is not utilizing his light powers he has the average strength, speed, agility and stamina of a man of the same age and build. Highlight's various light manifestations do contain a relative amount of potential, explosive and kinetic energy.

Weaknesses:
Highlight's light powers are relative to the amount of light energy he absorbs. If he is left in darkness for a equal amount of time to the time he spends in light, he loses his powers at a proportional rate. i.e. If he is in light for 12 hours he will lose his powers if left in total darkness for 12 hours. Also if he exerts himself while in darkness he will deplete his power faster and relative to the amount of effort he does.
